Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES Each order placed on our site is handled with the utmost care. After validating your order, it is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES We offer three delivery options to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Free, between 20  and 30 business days .
  • Express Delivery: CAD$ 150, between 10 and 20 business days.
  • Premium Delivery: CAD$ 250, between 5 and 9 business days.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS We ship to Canada and the United States. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or certain remote areas.

SHIPPING CHANGES

  • No charge to change the address BEFORE the tracking number is generated.
  • $80 will be charged if the change is confirmed after shipping.
  • $150 will be charged if the package is refused upon delivery, delivered to the wrong address, or if the package has already been successfully delivered to the initial address.

ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your package in real-time.

MISSED DELIVERIES If you are absent during the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice, indicating how to retrieve your package or arrange a new delivery.

DELIVERY ISSUES If you encounter a problem with the delivery (damaged package, missing items), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS If you wish to modify or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. However, note that any order already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
